You Should Only Use Two Types of Cooking Oils For ADD/ADHD

There should be only 2 oils in your kitchen; Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil and Pure Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil.

Organic Extra Virgin Coconut oil is the BEST oil for cooking and frying. It’s your good saturated fat. It doesn’t become toxic or it doesn’t turn into trans fats when it is heated like other polyunsaturated fats (corn oil, safflower, sunflower, or canola oils).

Benefits Of Coconut Oil:

1. Contains the MOST saturated fat and is made up of short and medium chain oils that can help lower LDL cholesterol because they remove fatty plaques from your blood stream.

2. Also rebuilds and repairs damage nervous system (which is why it’s in formulas for premature infants).

3. Speeds up metabolism and can help you lose weight

4. Contains Lauric acid, antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal agent. This will help with killing yeast which is common in ADHD.

5. Supports healthy thyroid function

7. Helps with Digestive Problems

8. Helps with Hypoglycemic cravings

9. Can be used on skin and hair too

*If you do not like the coconut taste, purchase Spectrum Organic Coconut oil. I love the coconut flavoring especially on French Toast and on chicken!! Yummy! I use Nutiva and Garden Of Life Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. When purchasing coconut oil make sure it is organic and non-hydogenated.

Cold Pressed Pure Organic Extra Olive Oil is your monounsaturated fat and should be used for salad dressings, salad pasta, and cooking. It contains essential acids that cannot be produced by your body (oleic acid).Like coconut oil, olive oil is a stable oil used for cooking. It’s best to cook with low heat or no heat at all to really enjoy all the health benefits but its still one of the better oils to use when cooking.

Benefits of Extra Olive Oil

1. Helps control Blood sugar and cholesterol

2. Anti-inflammatory (helps with asthma, arthritis, etc)

3. Helps prevent belly fat

4. Contains Phenols that have antioxidant properties & prevent free radical damage

5. Improves Insulin sensitivity

6. Great for your Heart

7. Helps with Gastrointestinal problems (peptic ulcers, gastric cancer, chronic constipation)

8. Helps your liver and bile; helps cleanse out the gall bladder

9. Also helps assimilate your fat solube vitamins (A,D, & K)

Enthusiastically yours,
