My Child has ADD, Does She Need Your Top 5 Recommendations for ADD/ADHD?
Q: My daughter has ADD. Her problem in class is day dreaming. She doesn’t have any other problems. Do I need to put her on all 5 of your top recommendations?
Lisa
A: ADD is a bit easier to control then ADHD. In my personal experience and research in dealing with adults and children with BOTH ADD/ADHD, ADD need to start with 1.) a Heavy Metal Cleanse, 2.) Omegas-3, and 3.) Liquid Vitamins. Parents usually start to see results instantly after a Heavy Metal Cleanse and results gets better and better when they add the omegas and vitamins.
Note: You can start all 3 at the same time. However, a Heavy Metal Cleanse can take some time. This is not a fast cleanse. When you are pulling heavy metals from the body, you want to do it slowly, you need to be having regular bowel movements, and make sure you drink PLENTY of water.
Do keep in mind that diet is ALWAYS important for both ADD/ADHD. Stay away from sugars, processed or fried food, and dairy.
Enthusiastically yours,
Shirley Highers
